With an innate love and passion for Japan, Maggie moved there for three years where she was inspired by her experiences. She brought home with her an incredible appreciation for Japanese cuisine, hospitality, and culture. Her goal is to provide a rich experience to all customers by sharing her knowledge and insight on Japan through food and personal relationships. Every day, Maggie strives to take Shota to the next level with the support of her brother Dan, founder of Shota Sushi and Grill.
